There is now a paved, two lane road between Sunshine Cozy Cottages and the ocean so you can drive right up to the side of your cottage and park. The beach access is right across the road from Sunshine Cozy Cottages, so if you don't mind walking an extra 50 feet to the beach you will save about half the price of the other resorts.
Sunshine Cozy Cottages is also one of the few resorts where you have grass. We have a grass covered courtyard where you can barbeque and converse with the neighbors, or sit on your own front porch and laze the day away.
